Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@movelolabs.com. We’ll respond with step-by-step return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@movelolabs.com so we can make it right.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, email us at support@movelolabs.com.

Warranty

Movelo Labs products may come with different warranty coverage depending on the bundle purchased:

  • No Warranty – If your order did not include a warranty, it will not be eligible for free repairs or replacements outside of the standard return policy timeframe.

  • 2-Year Warranty – Covers defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery.

  • Lifetime Warranty – Covers defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product malfunction not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Loss or theft

How to claim your warranty:
Email support@movelolabs.com with:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect/problem

Once we review your claim, we will provide next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or other solutions depending on your coverage.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back to us for inspection unless otherwise stated.
